No Crime, No Pardon
President Biden has given sweeping pardons to his son, Hunter, and to people like Liz Cheney and Anthony Fauci
President Biden and his regime said for months that he would never pardon his son, Hunter, and then he turned around and pardoned him for specific crimes but also for any potential crimes committed between January 2014 and December 2024. Here is a video of the corporate media and the Biden regime assuring us he would never do what he was always obviously going to do if Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election.
Now, mere hours before Donald Trump is set to be inaugurated for his second term, President Biden has issued pardons for several figures who have been targets of Trump’s anger. From CNN:
President Joe Biden on Monday issued preemptive pardons for Gen. Mark Milley, Dr. Anthony Fauci and members of Congress who served on the committee investigating the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, using extraordinary executive prerogative as a shield against revenge by his incoming successor, Donald Trump.
The pardons, coming in the final hours of Biden’s presidency, amount to a stunning flex of presidential power that is unprecedented in recent presidential history. They serve to protect several outspoken critics of the incoming president, including former Republican Rep. Liz Cheney, whom Trump has vowed retribution against.
Much like with Hunter Biden, everyone knew that President Biden would issue these pardons before Trump took office. The problem is that Biden himself states that these pardons are not indicative of guilt of any crime.
Biden, in his statement, noted that the pardons did not denote guilt.
“The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense. Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country,” he wrote.
As he weighed preemptive pardons over the past several days, the president has made clear in conversations with aides that he does not believe those who received them were guilty of any crimes – and voiced concern that pardoning them could connote guilt, according to people familiar with the conversations.
Ultimately, Biden put aside those concerns with the view that providing protection would outweigh the potential implication of guilt.
Article 2, Section 2 of the United States Constitution grants the president the power to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” So despite the hypocrisy and blatant lying, President Biden clearly had the power to pardon his son Hunter for the crimes he had been convicted of; what President Biden did not have the power to do was to pardon Hunter for any crimes that he may have committed in a given time period or to pardon figures like Anthony Fauci or Liz Cheney for potential crimes they may have committed, which he outright denies were committed. The Constitution does not say that the president may “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences, real or theoretical, against the United States.” The Constitution specifies “Offences,” period.
After he is back in office, Donald Trump’s Department of Justice should immediately begin investigating these figures for any crimes they may have committed, as well as putting forward a constitutional challenge to President Biden attempting to pardon people for crimes for which they have not been charged, let alone convicted. The president has no power to pardon theoretical crimes over a period of years, and Donald Trump’s incoming regime should have this act declared unconstitutional and then seek to convict Milley, Fauci, and Cheney for the crimes that they may have committed if any are to be found. No one is above the law and the president’s power is not unlimited, as these people never tired of preaching to us when they were in positions of power and sought to persecute their political opponents.
Editorial Note:
After Donald Trump is inaugurated the 47th President of the United States, the “POTUS” X account will switch over to the new Trump regime, and President Biden’s posts from that account will be archived under a different user-name. I will update the link to Biden’s X post announcing his pardons in this post accordingly after the fact, and update this note stating that I have done so.

Thank god he pardoned Fauci. The man only served his country and protected its citizens. ❤️❤️❤️
